- Manage and maintain the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) to ensure optimal performance and user adoption
- Drive platform optimization initiatives, implement best practices, and enhance system configurations
- Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to align tool capabilities with project requirements
- Provide technical support, user training, and documentation for Atlassian tools
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement security protocols and compliance measures
- Automate workflows and integrations to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Stay current with Atlassian product updates and evaluate new features for potential implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, and scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Certifications in Atlassian products (e.g., Jira Administration, Confluence Administration) preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to train non-technical stakeholders
