Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily ATM operations, including cash replenishment, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and company security protocols.
- Oversee cash management strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risks.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a high-performance team culture.
- Coordinate with technical support and regional management to resolve operational issues.
- Perform regular security audits and risk assessments at assigned ATM locations.
- Manage inventory and ordering of cash and supplies for the ATM fleet.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cash management, retail operations, or ATM management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Deep understanding of security regulations, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using management software and basic diagnostic tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Jawa Timur.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
