Join Airbus as an ATR - Material Account Manager and become a vital part of our global aerospace leader. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the material supply chain for our ATR aircraft division, ensuring optimal inventory levels, cost efficiency, and seamless operations. You will work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive material planning, procurement strategies, and inventory optimization.

- Develop and implement material planning strategies to support ATR aircraft production schedules
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Optimize inventory levels to balance cost efficiency with production requirements
- Analyze material requirements, forecast demand, and create procurement plans
- Monitor inventory performance, identify shortages or excesses, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve material-related issues
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in material management processes
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in materials management or supply chain operations
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for supplier interactions
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
