Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, configure, and maintain the Avature Applicant Tracking System to ensure optimal performance
- Implement system upgrades, patches, and security measures to maintain system integrity
- Provide technical support to HR and recruitment teams regarding ATS functionality
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to align ATS functionality with business needs
- Analyze system data to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Train users on ATS features and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ATS System Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency with Avature or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong knowledge of database management, SQL, and system integration
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to train non-technical users
- Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment processes
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Avature certification) is a plus
