Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver warm, professional greetings and orientation to all visitors entering the attraction
- Provide accurate information about attraction features, safety protocols, and nature conservation efforts
- Monitor visitor flow and implement crowd control measures during peak periods
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas and facilities
- Assist with emergency response procedures and first aid when necessary
- Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing and merchandise sales
- Collect visitor feedback and report operational issues to management
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance service quality
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm demeanor
- Basic first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability to work weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations
- Proficiency in English with additional language skills being advantageous
