As part of the Rides Operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of our climbing facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate the rock climbing attraction in accordance with strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Provide clear instructions and safety demonstrations to guests of various skill levels.
- Monitor the attraction area to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and operational policies.
- Perform daily pre-opening and closing safety checks on climbing equipment and harnesses.
- Assist guests with the proper fitting of safety gear and climbing equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within the attraction queue and activity zone.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the broader Rides Operations team to ensure seamless theme park flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in theme parks, outdoor recreation, or customer-facing hospitality roles is highly preferred.
- Possess a genuine interest in rock climbing or adventure sports; technical climbing certifications are a strong advantage.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to rigorous operational checklists.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with international guests.
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be a team player with a proactive 'can-do' attitude and high levels of alertness.
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
