Tanggung Jawab
- Daily cleaning, sanitization, and cosmetic maintenance of all ATV units
- Conduct pre- and post-operation safety inspections including brakes, tires, and engine performance
- Perform routine mechanical maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
- Document maintenance activities and report mechanical issues to the maintenance supervisor
- Ensure all safety equipment and gear are functional and properly stored
- Assist guests with basic ATV operation instructions and safety guidelines
- Maintain organized inventory of maintenance supplies and parts
- Coordinate with the adventure team to optimize vehicle availability for tours
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent with mechanical aptitude
- Experience with vehicle maintenance, preferably motorcycles or off-road vehicles
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting common mechanical issues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work outdoors in tropical climate and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
