- Lead design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex projects

- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Prepare detailed technical documentation including schematics and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering with leadership exposure
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar design software
- Expertise in power systems, control systems, or automation
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with IEC/IEEE standards and safety protocols
