Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with prospective clients to identify audio equipment needs and provide professional product recommendations.
- Conduct high-quality product demonstrations to showcase the performance and technical advantages of our audio solutions.
- Maintain and nurture a robust sales pipeline by actively following up on inquiries and leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations and manage the end-to-end sales closing process.
- Attend industry events and product training sessions to stay updated on the latest audio hardware and software advancements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or B2B sales, preferably within the electronics or audio/visual sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Deep passion for audio technology and a good understanding of sound systems.
- Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-growth company.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required for effective client communication.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings when necessary.
