Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the sales team to conduct technical site surveys and capture client business and technical requirements.
- Design comprehensive, scalable Audio-Visual (AV) system architectures, including schematic drawings and signal flow diagrams.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, accurate Bills of Materials (BOM), cost estimations, and formal quotations.
- Lead the technical writing and compilation of high-quality responses for public and private sector tender submissions.
- Deliver technical presentations and proof-of-concept demonstrations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Liaise with equipment manufacturers and distributors to stay updated on the latest AV technologies, product roadmaps, and pricing.
- Hand over successfully won projects to the post-sales engineering and project management teams, ensuring a seamless transition.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in AV presales engineering, system design, or technical consultancy within the Singapore market.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, StarDraw, or similar AV system schematic software.
- Strong technical knowledge of control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX), DSPs (Biamp, Q-SYS), video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom), and LED/LCD displays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to draft clear, persuasive technical proposals and tender documents.
- Industry certifications such as AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or manufacturer-specific certifications (e.g., Crestron, Biamp) are highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage multiple tight deadlines.
