Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment including projectors, sound systems, and lighting
- Provide real-time technical support during events, meetings, and conferences
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and calibration of AV systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with event coordinators to meet specific technical requirements
- Document equipment inventory, maintenance logs, and incident reports
- Train hotel staff on basic AV equipment operation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Audio Visual Technician or similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of AV equipment (projectors, mixers, microphones, displays)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex AV systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant technical certification (CompTIA A+, AVIXA, etc.) preferred
- Physical ability to lift and transport heavy equipment
- Familiarity with hospitality industry AV standards
