- Develop detailed system designs, schematics, and implementation plans

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Audio-Visual Technology, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AV design/engineering with 2+ years in leadership
- Expertise in AV system integration, control systems, and signal flow
- Strong project management skills with proven track record of complex deployments
- Proficiency in CAD software, AV design tools, and technical documentation
- In-depth knowledge of AV standards (SMPTE, HDMI, HDBaseT) and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and stakeholder communication skills
