Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring systems for mining operations
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of audit findings and corrective actions
- Provide training to staff on compliance procedures and safety standards
- Monitor regulatory changes and update company policies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in compliance auditing, preferably in mining sector
- Certification in HSE management (e.g., SMK3, ISO 45001) preferred
- Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and safety standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in audit methodologies and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently in remote locations
