Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily mining production activities to ensure operational targets are achieved on time.
- Enforce strict compliance with OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) and environmental regulations across all operational sites.
- Manage and motivate a team of operators and crew members, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Monitor production output and quality, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and inefficiencies.
- Maintain accurate production reports, shift logs, and inventory data for management review.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure that heavy equipment and machinery are serviced and functional.
- Identify operational risks and implement proactive solutions to enhance site productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a mining operation, specifically in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of mining production processes, equipment capabilities, and cycle time optimization.
- Possess a valid Mining Supervisor Certification (Pengawas Operasional Pertama/POP) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, mine plans, and production schedules.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams in remote project environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be stationed in Obi, Maluku Utara (FIFO or remote placement).
