Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure excellence in recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Design and implement robust performance management frameworks and talent development programs.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair practices and strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Drive organizational culture initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and employer branding.
  • Manage workforce planning and resource allocation to support mining and energy project requirements.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership regarding headcount, turnover, and labor costs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Proven expertise in the mining, oil & gas, or energy sector is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and industrial relations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and advanced data analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.
