Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute full-scope audit engagements for clients across various industries.
- Remain updated on changes to clients' business operations and respond to client requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Supervise, train, and review the work of audit associates and junior staff members.
- Identify accounting and auditing issues, perform research, and provide technical solutions to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, PSAK, and other relevant financial reporting standards.
- Maintain effective working relationships with client management to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and management letters summarizing findings and recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an external audit role (Big 4 or reputable mid-tier firm experience is highly preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CA is strongly preferred.
