Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular audits of departmental workflows to ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Review and analyze operational documentation for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established SOPs.
- Identify process bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations for efficiency improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive audit logs and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Monitor data integrity across internal systems to prevent discrepancies.
- Participate in ongoing process mapping projects to optimize company operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in internal auditing, quality assurance, or compliance-focused roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid professional environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
