Join Mulia Rentalindo Persada as an Auditor SMKP and play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational safety within our mining operations. This specialized position requires you to take full responsibility for the entire audit lifecycle of SMKP (Mineral and Coal Mining Business) and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations in the mining area. You will conduct comprehensive audits to identify risks, evaluate control effectiveness, and ensure adherence to national mining standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient mining environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and document comprehensive SMKP Minerba and K3 audits in mining areas
- Evaluate compliance with mining regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Identify risks, control gaps, and recommend corrective actions for mining operations
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and implementation plans
- Collaborate with mining teams to implement audit recommendations and safety improvements
- Monitor ongoing compliance and follow-up on corrective action implementations
- Stay updated with evolving mining regulations and K3 standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Safety Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing or mining operations
- Deep understanding of SMKP Minerba and K3 regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to operational details
- Certification in auditing or occupational health and safety (K3) preferred
- Proficiency in audit methodologies and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
