Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete lifecycle of Australian visa applications including assessment, documentation, and submission
- Ensure strict adherence to MARA regulations and Australian immigration policies
- Conduct comprehensive risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies for complex cases
- Provide expert client consultations on visa pathways, requirements, and timelines
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in compliance with legal standards
- Collaborate with legal teams to resolve case-specific challenges and precedents
- Monitor application statuses and proactively communicate progress to clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field; Migration Agent Registration (MARA) certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Australian visa case management or migration consulting
- Deep understanding of Australian immigration legislation, policies, and procedures
- Exceptional analytical skills for risk assessment and case evaluation
- Advanced proficiency in case management software and digital documentation systems
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
