Xiaomi is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Authorized Store Manager to oversee our retail operations across Tangerang and Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our brand, driving sales excellence, ensuring world-class customer service, and managing daily store operations to reflect the innovation and quality of the Xiaomi ecosystem.
As our Store Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to hit aggressive sales targets, manage inventory precision, and maintain the aesthetic and functional standards of our authorized outlets. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive store sales performance to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and train store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Manage end-to-end retail operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and stock management.
- Implement company-wide promotional activities and marketing strategies at the store level.
- Maintain operational compliance with Xiaomi’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey from entry to purchase.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics or telecommunications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing store P&L.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset for sales reporting and inventory management.
- Flexibility to travel between store locations in Tangerang and Jakarta regions.
- Deep passion for technology and the Xiaomi product ecosystem.
