Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and achieve monthly performance targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the store team to ensure operational excellence and high-quality customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with Xiaomi’s brand guidelines and global retail standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for sales growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain brand loyalty.
- Prepare regular sales reports and operational summaries for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics or telecommunications.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of retail KPIs and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong plus.
