We are currently expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled AutoCAD Designer to contribute to our ongoing success.
As an AutoCAD Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of various projects, from residential and commercial buildings to infrastructure developments. You will use AutoCAD to create detailed 2D and 3D layouts, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers, you will translate concepts into precise technical drawings that guide project execution.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in drafting and design, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD. You should be adept at interpreting blueprints, schematics, and specifications. Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role. A degree or certification in drafting, architecture, engineering, or a related field is highly valued.
We offer a competitive salary of ₱22,000 – ₱25,000 per month, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Tanggung Jawab
- Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D layouts and drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design requirements and develop suitable solutions.
- Revise and update designs based on client feedback and project changes, ensuring revisions are properly documented.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, codes, and company quality guidelines.
- Maintain organized project files and drawing archives for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and cost estimates for new projects.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project conditions, integrating findings into design plans.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in AutoCAD and design technology to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an AutoCAD Designer or in a related drafting position.
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, including 2D and 3D modeling capabilities.
- Solid understanding of architectural and engineering design principles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Associate's degree or certification in drafting, design, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with additional design software such as Revit, SketchUp, or SolidWorks is an advantage.
