Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate 2D/3D technical drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD software.
- Coordinate with site engineers and architects to ensure design specifications are met.
- Modify and update existing drawings based on field changes or revised project requirements.
- Review construction documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local building codes.
- Prepare detailed material take-offs and bills of quantities for procurement purposes.
- Maintain and organize digital project filing systems and document archives.
- Attend project meetings to provide technical input and design progress updates.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in construction drafting or design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of Revit or SketchUp is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, symbols, and standard practices.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
