Join Lam Chuan Construction Pte Ltd as an AutoCAD Drafter (Civil) and play a pivotal role in transforming engineering concepts into precise technical drawings. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to develop accurate construction documentation for infrastructure and building projects. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure all designs comply with Singaporean building codes and industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD software for civil engineering projects
- Develop construction documentation including site plans, structural layouts, and utility schematics
- Collaborate with engineers to translate design concepts into precise technical specifications
- Verify drawing accuracy and compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders and site conditions
- Maintain organized digital archives of project drawings and documentation
- Assist in quantity takeoffs and material estimation from technical drawings
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting for civil construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or AutoCAD Architecture software
- Strong understanding of Singaporean building codes and construction standards
- Knowledge of engineering principles and construction methodologies
- Ability to interpret engineering specifications and technical documents
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in technical documentation
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
