Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for marble and stone installations including layouts, elevations, and details
- Develop material schedules and fabrication drawings based on project specifications
- Collaborate with architects to translate design concepts into executable technical plans
- Research and document stone material properties, finishes, and installation methods
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate material specifications and sourcing
- Review and revise drawings to comply with building codes and safety standards
- Prepare presentation drawings and 3D renderings for client approvals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of AutoCAD drafting experience with marble/stone specialization
- Portfolio demonstrating stone project drawings and technical documentation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and drafting software
- Knowledge of stone fabrication processes, material properties, and installation techniques
- Familiarity with Philippine building codes and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain dimensional accuracy
