Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D Revit models for architectural projects
- Transform conceptual designs into precise technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
- Update and maintain drawing sets throughout project lifecycle
- Conduct quality assurance checks for compliance with building codes
- Support BIM coordination and clash detection processes
- Prepare presentation drawings and visualization materials
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Architectural Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of AutoCAD drafting experience in construction industry
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture with BIM modeling expertise
- Strong understanding of Singapore building regulations and URA guidelines
- Experience with MEP coordination and detailing preferred
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings
- Portfolio demonstrating technical drafting capabilities
