Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed 2D architectural and structural drawings, 3D models, and schematics using AutoCAD software.
- Revise and update existing technical drawings based on engineering redlines, site survey data, and design modifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure drawings adhere to company standards, national building codes, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with project site teams to resolve design discrepancies and provide timely technical drawing support.
- Maintain, organize, and archive drawing databases, ensuring systematic version control for all design revisions.
- Assist in preparing bills of materials (BOM) and cost estimation documents based on technical drawing outputs.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural), Architecture, or a relevant drafting certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an AutoCAD Operator, Draftsman, or similar role in the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D rendering) is required; experience with Revit, SketchUp, or SolidWorks is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of structural and architectural drafting standards, construction symbols, and technical specifications.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to interpret rough sketches and engineering concepts.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight project deadlines.
