Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement RPA solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate to automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
- Develop, train, and fine-tune Machine Learning models to support predictive analytics and intelligent decision-making processes.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization through automation and AI.
- Integrate AI APIs and third-party tools into the company's software ecosystem to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot automation scripts and AI infrastructure to ensure system stability and 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Document technical specifications and provide training to end-users on new automation tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate) and scripting languages (Python or PowerShell).
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning basics.
- Experience with SQL databases, data visualization tools, and API integrations is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable steps.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
