As an Automation and Equipment Maintenance Technician at Shopee, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of our high-tech warehouse facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that our material handling systems, conveyors, and automated sortation equipment operate at peak efficiency to support our mission of timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with engineering teams to minimize downtime, execute preventative maintenance schedules, and implement immediate troubleshooting solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs on automated material handling equipment and conveyors.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system failures to ensure continuous warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional facility teams to minimize equipment downtime and optimize system performance.
- Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment status reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards (OHS) at all times within the facility.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new automation technology or system upgrades.
- Respond promptly to emergency break-down calls and implement quick-fix solutions to restore service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical vocational course.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within a logistics or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting PLC systems, sensors, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Solid understanding of industrial safety protocols and electrical wiring standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 logistics operations.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks and navigate warehouse infrastructure safely.
