Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using the Automation Anywhere platform to automate repetitive business processes.
- Conduct process analysis and mapping to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing RPA bots to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions.
- Document bot workflows, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform unit testing and quality assurance to ensure bot accuracy and error-free execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Automation Anyware (AA) or similar tools.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as VB.NET, JavaScript, or Python.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business logic and workflows.
- Understanding of database concepts (SQL) and integration with APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
