Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and design enterprise-grade intelligent automation solutions combining RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) with AI/ML models.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex automation projects, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Define architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for automated workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams through technical challenges, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of the AI landscape, evaluating new tools and frameworks to maintain our competitive edge.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI services (LLMs, Computer Vision, NLP) into existing automated processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in automation engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect capacity.
- Deep hands-on experience with major RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
- Proven track record of integrating AI/ML technologies (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or cloud-based AI services like AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines for automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical vision into business value.
- Strong background in API integration, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
