Are you a hands-on Automation & Control Engineer with a passion for system integration? Nanekey is seeking a dedicated professional to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex automation systems using state-of-the-art PLCs and industrial control architectures. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can bridge the gap between hardware and software systems. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and high-quality output for our clients. You will work closely with project managers and technical teams to deliver robust solutions that meet industry standards.
As a key member of our technical staff, you will oversee the full lifecycle of automation projects, from initial feasibility studies to final commissioning. You will apply your deep knowledge of electrical and control systems to optimize processes, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure. We value innovation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, program, and troubleshoot complex PLC systems using Siemens, Rockwell, or equivalent platforms.
- Develop and maintain Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) and SCADA systems to monitor and control industrial processes.
- Conduct system integration tasks, ensuring seamless communication between various control devices and software.
- Perform site surveys, process analysis, and prepare technical documentation, including P&ID diagrams and loop diagrams.
- Commission, test, and debug automation systems to ensure reliability and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and mechanical engineers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and operational staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in PLC programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text) and system integration.
- Strong working knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP.
- Experience with industrial automation hardware, including sensors, actuators, and motor drives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex control issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driving license is preferred for site visits and field work.
