Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement scalable RPA bots using industry-leading platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
- Integrate RPA solutions with legacy systems, ERP, and CRM applications.
- Perform regular maintenance, debugging, and optimization of existing automation scripts to ensure high reliability.
- Document technical workflows, process flows, and system architecture for the QA and support teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy standards within automation workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in RPA development with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or VB.NET.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and data manipulation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
