Etex Building Performance Indonesia is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Automation & Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team in Gresik. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the oversight of our electrical infrastructure and automation systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently to support our production goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of electrical technicians and automation engineers to ensure high productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Maintenance Execution: Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial machinery to ensure continuous operations.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols (SOP) during maintenance and operations to ensure a hazard-free working environment.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex technical issues in automation controls and electrical distribution and implement effective solutions.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical and automation equipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor spare parts inventory and manage budgets for maintenance activities to control operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA systems, and electrical schematics.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Certification: Valid Tenaga Ahli Elektro (TAE) or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
