Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and integrate automated machinery and robotic systems to optimize production workflows.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and HMI interfaces to enhance manufacturing precision.
- Conduct regular maintenance and system diagnostics to ensure high availability of production equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative automation solutions to reduce human error.
- Simulate and test new processes in a virtual environment before full-scale manufacturing implementation.
- Document technical specifications and provide training to production staff on new automated systems.
- Ensure all automation projects comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal quality protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an automation or manufacturing engineering environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Omron, or Mitsubishi) and industrial control systems.
- Strong background in robotics, vision systems, and motion control integration.
- Familiarity with CAD software for mechanical design and electrical schematics.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead automation improvement projects.
