Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop automated hardware and software solutions to streamline machine assembly processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation systems into existing production lines.
- Perform root-cause analysis on system bottlenecks and implement automated improvements to increase throughput.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and robotic control systems to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance testing to verify reliability and safety compliance.
- Document technical specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals for automated equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff regarding new automated tools and systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an automation or systems engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Omron) and HMI development.
- Experience with robotic integration, motion control, and sensor technology.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherCAT, Profinet, Modbus).
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent project management and troubleshooting capabilities.
