Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs and HMI/SCADA interfaces for automated machinery.
- Design and assemble electrical control panels and machinery, ensuring high standards of safety and reliability.
- Perform on-site commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of automation systems to ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate smart factory systems and optimize production workflows.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and root cause analysis on automated equipment to minimize downtime.
- Document technical specifications, system modifications, and operational procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest automation trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi).
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and industrial control circuits.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP).
- Understanding of smart factory concepts and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
