Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop automation system architectures for industrial machinery and production lines.
- Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), HMIs, and SCADA systems.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and diagnostics on automated equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new robotic systems into existing workflows.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including wiring diagrams and system schematics.
- Conduct on-site testing and commissioning of automation projects to ensure optimal system performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance plant efficiency and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of automation control theory and industrial electronics.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to PLCs (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of technical resilience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
