Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement automated control systems for production equipment
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial robotics
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation systems
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Train production staff on new automation technologies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation engineering
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA systems
- Strong knowledge of control systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Experience with robotics integration and motion control systems
- Problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and IoT applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
