Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain automated production lines and machinery to ensure seamless operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical faults using diagnostic tools and logic.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell) and HMI/SCADA systems.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance audits and schedule repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Document technical specifications, process changes, and maintenance logs accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company quality standards during all maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in automation engineering within a manufacturing or FMCG setting.
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text) and HMI development.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for technical drawings and schematics.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems, sensors, and actuators.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Valid Engineer's license (or equivalent) is an advantage.
