As part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of automation solutionsāfrom architecture design and programming to troubleshooting and maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot complex automation control systems using PLCs, SCADA, and HMIs.
- Develop and implement process control logic and safety interlocks in compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular system diagnostics and preventive maintenance to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to integrate automation solutions into existing infrastructure.
- Document technical specifications, system diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Train operational staff on new automation technologies and system functionalities.
- Analyze process data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in industrial automation engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text (ST), or Function Block Diagram (FBD).
- Experience with major PLC brands, including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, Profinet).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
