Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain automated manufacturing systems and industrial control systems (PLC/HMI).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to production automation hardware and software.
- Conduct regular maintenance and optimization of robotic cells and pick-and-place systems.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Manage automation projects from concept and design to final commissioning and documentation.
- Ensure all automation processes comply with international safety standards and operational best practices.
- Provide technical training and guidance to machine operators and maintenance staff.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective automation solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an automation or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron) and SCADA systems.
- Hands-on experience with industrial robotics (e.g., ABB, Fanuc) and vision systems.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control standards.
