Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy industrial automation systems using PLCs, SCADA, and robotics
- Optimize manufacturing processes through data-driven automation solutions
- Integrate IoT sensors and machine learning for predictive maintenance
- Document system architectures, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
- Lead automation project lifecycle from concept to implementation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype new manufacturing technologies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation
- Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in SCADA systems and HMI development
- Experience with robotic integration and motion control systems
- Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and digital twins
- Certification in automation systems (e.g., CAP, CMRP) preferred
