Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain automated control systems and PLC programs for manufacturing equipment.
- Lead the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT sensors, robotics, and automated data collection systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical failures in automated systems to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve machine performance and cycle times.
- Develop and document technical specifications, SOPs, and system architecture diagrams.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing energy efficiency and manufacturing throughput.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an automation or control engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Allen-Bradley).
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols and SCADA/HMI systems.
- Hands-on experience with robotics and automated conveyor or assembly lines.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between technical and non-technical departments.
