You will design, develop, and implement automated solutions that eliminate manual processes, reduce errors, and increase the overall productivity of the MSP team. You will work closely with the IT support and engineering teams to understand pain points and build robust scripts, workflows, and integrations using platforms like ConnectWise, Autotask, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows for MSP tools and platforms (e.g., ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, RMM solutions).
- Integrate various SaaS applications and internal tools to create seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Implement and manage monitoring solutions to ensure high availability and performance of client systems.
- Collaborate with the support desk to identify repetitive tasks and build automated solutions to reduce manual workloads.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all automated processes and integrations.
- Assist in the migration of legacy systems to modern, automated platforms.
- Conduct regular audits of automated processes to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex technical issues relating to automation and integrations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering, specifically within an MSP or managed services environment.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Hands-on experience with PSA tools like ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, or Kaseya BMS.
- Experience with RMM platforms (e.g., NinjaRMM, Datto RMM, Kaseya VSA).
- Excellent understanding of API integrations and webhooks (REST/SOAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with the Australian team and clients.
- Willingness to work a night shift schedule (permanent WFH).
