Warna Warni Media is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Engineer (PLC) to join our growing technical team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge automation systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency through expert-level programming, testing, and system commissioning.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement robust PLC, SCADA, and DCS automation solutions tailored to project requirements.
- Perform comprehensive system programming, including ladder logic, function blocks, and HMI/SCADA interface development.
- Execute rigorous system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to ensure seamless performance in operational environments.
- Conduct professional training sessions for technical staff and operators on new system functionalities and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate hardware and software components efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation of automation workflows, system configurations, and maintenance procedures.
- Identify and implement system enhancements to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in industrial automation and control systems.
- Expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Omron, or Allen-Bradley).
- Strong proficiency in SCADA and DCS software design and implementation.
- Proven ability to interpret technical schematics, electrical diagrams, and control logic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead training sessions and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required for commissioning and support.
