Tanggung Jawab
- Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems for various industrial applications
- Develop, implement, and maintain SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems for real-time monitoring and control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and develop effective solutions
- Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning of automation equipment and software
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing automation systems
- Create and maintain documentation including system diagrams, operational procedures, and maintenance schedules
- Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and industry best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and reliability
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, or related field
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi)
- Familiarity with SCADA systems (e.g., WinCC, FactoryTalk, Ignition)
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and industrial safety standards
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
