Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop automated production systems and robotic work cells to enhance manufacturing throughput.
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI systems for production lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new automation technologies into existing manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular maintenance and performance audits on automated equipment to minimize downtime.
- Analyze technical data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements through automated solutions.
- Ensure all automation projects comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automation workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an industrial automation or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens) and industrial communication protocols.
- Strong knowledge of robotic arms, sensors, vision systems, and pneumatic/hydraulic components.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams and mechanical blueprints.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English.
