Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated logistics systems and equipment
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on automation machinery
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance automation processes
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system upgrades
- Train team members on proper operation and maintenance procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automation or maintenance of logistics systems
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial control systems
- Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics operations
- Certification in automation or industrial maintenance is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
