Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on complex automation machinery and production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system malfunctions swiftly to minimize production downtime.
- Execute precision soldering (both manual and automated) for intricate electronic components, PCBs, and semiconductor devices, adhering to high-quality standards.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and testing of soldered joints and assembled products to ensure strict compliance with engineering specifications.
- Set up, calibrate, and operate various manufacturing tools, testing equipment, and automated systems accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repair procedures, and test results using established documentation systems.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, quality standards (e.g., ISO, IPC), and cleanroom procedures (where applicable).
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, production teams, and other technicians to identify root causes of technical issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- ITE or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or a related technical discipline).
- Proven hands-on experience (minimum 1-3 years) as an Automation Technician, Soldering Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in various soldering techniques (e.g., SMT, through-hole, fine-pitch) and familiarity with soldering equipment and tools.
- Demonstrable experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems of industrial machinery.
- Ability to interpret and work from complex technical drawings, schematics, circuit diagrams, and service manuals.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes or cleanroom environments will be a distinct advantage for candidates applying to the Northeast role.
- Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a diverse technical team.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English and possess basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting.
